What a future quotation must contain
A confirmed proposal must identify the responsible seller or service provider, the exact product or service, currency and final amount. It must explain applicable taxes, delivery charges and cancellation or refund arrangements before you agree.
Historical USD package prices are not an Australian price list. We will not present a converted AUD price until the amount and Australian supply pathway are confirmed. The existing product dispatch origin is Switzerland; an Australian enquiry does not imply domestic delivery.
Payment communication
Do not send card details through a general enquiry. An available service or confirmed supply proposal will identify its payment provider and secure payment route.
An enquiry acknowledgement is not a receipt. If payment becomes available, order status must follow a verified payment event and the customer should receive a clear receipt.
