Your order request is reviewed before any payment step. If a pathway is available, PET157 sends the reviewed item, subtotal, discount, shipping and secure checkout link for you to confirm.

Choose the pen, strength, quantity and delivery region, then add the pet and contact details needed for review.
- 02Review and confirmation
Suitability, region, availability and the final amount are confirmed before payment.
- 03Open the secure checkout
Stripe is the current secure checkout provider. The link you receive identifies Meridian Pharmaceuticals as the legal seller and shows the final USD amount before you pay.
- 04Dispatch and tracking
After confirmed payment and dispatch, tracking is sent where the selected carrier service provides it.
Card safety
Keep payment inside checkout.
Never send card details by email, WhatsApp, a contact form or an order-request message. PET157 will not ask you to read out a full card number or security code.
Submitting an order request does not charge you. Payment happens only when you open the reviewed Stripe checkout link and confirm the transaction there.

Presentation: Reviewed orders are prepared in sealed, tamper-evident packaging with integrity checks, light-protective secondary packaging and temperature-aware dispatch planning where appropriate. Dispatch is from Switzerland.
Express delivery
Express carrier confirmed after review.
$19.99 USD standard US delivery. $29.99 USD international delivery. Dispatch is from Switzerland using DHL, FedEx or another suitable express carrier where lawful and serviceable.
Dispatch follows review and payment. The selected carrier and tracking details are confirmed when the parcel is prepared.
Customs is coordinated where applicable. Destination import rules, permissions, duties, taxes and local delivery conditions still apply.
