Delivery charges and timing
US standard delivery is $19.99 USD. International delivery is $29.99 USD. Reviewed orders are dispatched from Switzerland using DHL, FedEx or another suitable express carrier where lawful and serviceable. A carrier estimate is confirmed after review and may vary by destination. Tracking is provided where available.
PET157 coordinates available customs and carrier documentation where applicable. Destination import requirements, permissions, duties, taxes, remote locations, weather, carrier disruption and local delivery conditions still apply.
Availability before payment
Product and destination availability are confirmed before a payment link is issued. An order request does not reserve inventory or guarantee that a reviewed pathway is available.
Cancellations
You may ask to cancel an order before dispatch by contacting [email protected]. Once a parcel has been dispatched, it follows the return and parcel-resolution terms below.
Damaged, incorrect or compromised parcels
Contact PET157 within 48 hours of delivery if the parcel is damaged, incorrect or appears compromised. Include the order reference, clear photos of the product and outer packaging, and keep the parcel until the team advises what to do next.
Returns
Opened, used or seal-broken products cannot be returned for safety reasons. Any other return requires written return authorization before it is sent. Contact [email protected] first; PET157 will liaise directly and provide the correct return instructions. The Boston correspondence location is not a shipping or return address.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after review. The time taken for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and the buyer's bank.
Buyer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory rights or statutory rights that apply under relevant consumer law.
