PET157 collects only the information needed to prepare owner enquiries, order requests and professional-review cases.
Order and contact submissions are transmitted to the PET157 service and stored in its private operational database for review, fulfilment communication and record keeping.
Veterinary-record upload remains inactive. Any future record pathway must use private storage, access controls, defined retention and a deletion-request process. Contact [email protected] for an access or deletion request.
