Veterinary telehealth — coming soon

Appointments are not open. PET157 is preparing an Australian veterinary telehealth pathway; no launch date, consultation fee or participating clinician is announced yet.

Before booking opens, this page will identify the participating veterinarians, states and territories served, service scope, fees and follow-up arrangements.

What the planned pathway will explain

Eligibility will be checked before booking. The responsible veterinarian will decide whether a remote consultation is appropriate or whether an examination or referral is needed.

A consultation will not guarantee a prescription or access to a PET157 product. Product supply and veterinary services have separate requirements.

Preparing for a future consultation

Keep a short timeline of your concern, existing veterinary records and a current medicine list with your treating clinic. Do not upload those records to the public enquiry form.

For urgent concerns, contact a local veterinary clinic or emergency service. PET157 does not currently provide emergency or consultation care.
